Welcome to HiSpeed Internet Service. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services. The terms are provided in both English and Bangla for your convenience.

1. Subscriber Identification: The subscriber must provide necessary documents to establish identification. Any false information may lead to service suspension.	১. গ্রাহকের পরিচিতি: গ্রাহককে তার পরিচয় নিশ্চিত করতে প্রয়োজনীয় নথি প্রদান করতে হবে। মিথ্যা তথ্য প্রদান করলে পরিষেবা স্থগিত হতে পারে।
2. Confidentiality: Both parties must keep confidential any marked information unless required by law.	২. গোপনীয়তা: উভয় পক্ষকে চুক্তির অধীনে প্রাপ্ত গোপনীয় তথ্য সংরক্ষণ করতে হবে, যদি না আইন অনুযায়ী প্রকাশ বাধ্যতামূলক হয়।
3. Ownership: HiSpeed retains ownership of the connection and equipment provided.	৩. মালিকানা: HiSpeed সংযোগ ও সরঞ্জামের একমাত্র মালিকানা সংরক্ষণ করে।
4. Service Timeline: HiSpeed aims to provide services within the agreed timeline but may notify the subscriber in case of delays.	৪. পরিষেবা সময়সীমা: HiSpeed নির্ধারিত সময়সীমার মধ্যে পরিষেবা সরবরাহের চেষ্টা করবে, বিলম্ব ঘটলে জানানো হবে।
5. Contention Ratio: A 1:8 contention ratio applies to all internet packages, ensuring fair bandwidth distribution.	৫. কনটেনশন অনুপাত: সকল ইন্টারনেট প্যাকেজে ১:৮ অনুপাত প্রযোজ্য, যা ন্যায্য ব্যান্ডউইথ বণ্টন নিশ্চিত করে।
6. Unauthorized Sharing: Reselling or distributing the internet connection is strictly prohibited.	৬. অনুমোদনহীন সংযোগ ভাগাভাগি: ইন্টারনেট সংযোগ পুনরায় বিক্রয় বা বিতরণ সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।
7. Service Interruptions: HiSpeed is not liable for downtimes due to uncontrollable circumstances.	৭. পরিষেবা বিঘ্ন: অনিয়ন্ত্রিত পরিস্থিতির কারণে পরিষেবা ব্যাহত হলে HiSpeed দায়ী থাকবে না।
8. Payments: Payments must be made within the due date; delays may result in disconnection.	৮. পরিশোধ: নির্ধারিত সময়সীমার মধ্যে বিল পরিশোধ করতে হবে, দেরি হলে সংযোগ বিচ্ছিন্ন হতে পারে।
9. Data Privacy: HiSpeed ensures security but advises users to practice safe browsing.	৯. তথ্যের গোপনীয়তা: HiSpeed নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করে, তবে নিরাপদ ব্রাউজিং অভ্যাস অনুসরণ করার পরামর্শ দেয়।
10. Technical Support: HiSpeed provides support only for its services, not third-party devices or software.	১০. প্রযুক্তিগত সহায়তা: HiSpeed শুধুমাত্র তার পরিষেবাগুলোর জন্য সহায়তা প্রদান করে, তৃতীয় পক্ষের জন্য নয়।
11. Connection Fee: Fees vary based on package and location; HiSpeed reserves the right to modify charges.	১১. সংযোগ ফি: প্যাকেজ ও অবস্থানের উপর ভিত্তি করে ফি পরিবর্তন হতে পারে; HiSpeed এই পরিবর্তনের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
12. Modifications: HiSpeed reserves the right to modify terms and will notify subscribers accordingly.	১২. পরিবর্তন: HiSpeed সময়ে সময়ে শর্তাবলী সংশোধন করতে পারে এবং গ্রাহকদের জানাবে।
13. Limitation of Liability: HiSpeed is not liable for indirect damages from service use.	১৩. দায়সীমা: HiSpeed পরোক্ষ ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না।
14. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of Bangladesh.	১৪. আইন: এই চুক্তি বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা পরিচালিত হবে।
